The original portfolio shows a production testbed used for programming and testing electronic assemblies.
Fixture adaptation
I modeled a 3D-printed jig that was sent to a contract manufacturer. The manufacturer used it to modify existing fixtures for a new product variant.
Assembly documentation
I also created SolidWorks illustrations for work instructions, including screw installation and trimming component leads. Clear visual instructions help translate design intent into repeatable assembly tasks.
